• Theodore was the founder of the F.D. Leadership Training Center, named in honor of his mother, Frances Douglas.

This center provided an alternative approach to leadership and management training for individuals who lacked the time or finances for a traditional college education, empowering many with practical skills to advance in their careers.

Alongside his entrepreneurial efforts, Theodore has a rich academic background. He earned his associate’s degree at St. Louis Community Colleges in 1983, followed by a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in December 1987.

He went on to complete his master’s at Amridge University in 2007 and, more recently, his PhD at Concordia University Chicago in 2022.

Theodore’s dream of writing began forty-one years ago when he was 24.

However, with a young family of seven children, he chose to focus on providing for them, ensuring they had food, shelter, clothing, and a nurturing home.

Now that his children are grown and independent, Theodore has turned his attention back to his passion for writing.

His debut novel, Hunt for the Hades Manifesto, was published in April 2024 and is available on Amazon.

This book is the first in the Hades Manifesto trilogy, with two more installments underway.
